How do I plan a shuttle trip?
Choose your route, travel dates and passenger count, select departures, then choose seats and review fares and extras. Review your total at checkout before paying. A search or seat preference alone is not a confirmed booking.
Where are the pickup and drop-off locations?
At YYC, meet us on the Arrivals level; we email the exact door before your trip. Canmore uses the Travel Alberta Visitor Centre at 2801 Bow Valley Trail. In Banff, tell us your hotel and we arrange the nearest shuttle pull-in along Banff Avenue. Be at your pickup point 15 minutes before departure.
How much luggage can I bring?
One large bag and one carry-on are included per passenger. A ski or snowboard bag can count as your large bag. Add extra bags or bike spaces in Seats & extras, subject to space; prices are shown before payment. If you have already booked, email support@shuttlegoat.com with your booking reference.
Can children and groups travel?
Yes, families and groups can plan a trip with Shuttle Goat. Group capacity and any child-restraint requirements must be confirmed for the vehicle assigned to your journey.
How do I find a departure time?
Enter your route and travel dates to see departure choices. Select a departure for each leg before continuing to seats and fares. Review the pickup details for your selected trip before payment.
What if my plans or flight change?
Review the change, cancellation, flight-delay and service-disruption terms shown with your trip before payment. Those terms form part of your booking confirmation.
